By certifying organic, Catoctin Creek becomes one of the nation's few lines of organic spirits. This certification ensures that the distilled spirits, and the ingredients that go into them, are free from synthetic chemical pesticides and fertilizers. Catoctin Creek is independently inspected each year to ensure compliance with these and other regulations governing the production of organic food.
